How long will my package take to ship?

All packages have a 1-2 week processing time BEFORE they are shipped.
I work alone and am also a full time student, so it may take up to 14 days for me to get your package in the mail.
After your package is shipped you will be given a number to track it through Canada Post.

What is B grade?

B grade products are products with minor visible defects such as incorrect colours, minor dings, bending, etc. they are sold for a discounted rate because while still functional they are not up to the quality standards required to be sold at full price.

Are the colours in the picture exact?

No, your monitor and my camera each have their own unique abilities to capture and display the colours of a product. The image shown may not be 100% accurate to the colours you will see in real life.
